Hide your e-mail address on your profile in any groups you belong to.

Make your password and secret question as difficult to guess as possible. Use a combination of letters and numbers for your password and use an answer to your secret question that bears no relationship to the actual question. Also change your password and secret question on a regular basis.

If you want to give out an e-mail address for people to contact you do not use one connected to any of your passports. It is best to use a temporary address that can easily be disposed of if subjected to spam.

It is ok to use a manager's passport to post in groups but do not copy and paste any links to msn.users.com or graphics with msn.users.com URL's with that passport.

If you are the manager of a group make sure that you have at least two passports as full manager there.

Do not promote anyone to assistant manager unless you are sure that you can trust them and never promote anyone else to full manager.
