| Ripple Tut Continued |
|
Now that we have three frames you want to click first frame on graphic so that there is a red blue line surrounding it like the one below
Now you need to click Edit and then select all . All the following frames will only have the blue line surrounding them and this is how all frames are selected.
Now again right click on first frame and Export back to Paint Shop Pro.
Now we have all three frames in Psp 7
First your going to need to make sure your two main pallets are open. Your layer pallet and your tool option pallet.
click on edit then Tool bars the window below will show up make sure you check mark the two I have circled.
OK Now were ready to work with the frames starting with the 3'd frame. working down.
Once we are done with their frame we will click on glasses to change it to a red x closing frame.
Now take this tool.
I call the rope tool. and go around the lake and rocks . encircling the lake
now your going to click on Effects then Geometric then ripple.
This window below will show up. now we are going to do this with each frame. changing the settings each time. and closing frame as we have finished setting ripple in the frame
as you can see Ive set each frame going down in number. Now you can play with all the settings and get different ripples or look. Your choice. Now your going to open up the first two frames we closed on way down. now close graphic It will ask you if you want to update to animation shop . Click Yes.
Now all three frames are back in Animation Shop click on this tool
to view your animation in progress. Now if you don't like the look of your ripples then click edit and Undo update from psp7 and start over making sure all frames are selected. and Export to psp7 follow same steps as above but play with ripple settings till you like what you see. Always update to animation Shop and view the animation.
now with my settings this is what you will have.
showing.
Now before you save it you need to know how fast you want the animation to play and you want it to continue playing . So first again make sure All frames are selected. Then Click Animation then Frame Properties
Note the display time. the lower the number the faster the animation. the higher the number the slower the animation. Play with it checking this tool
to look at speed of your animation. You have it set just right to your liking. Go to animation properties. Because you want a continuous looping. for animation to play continuously. As shown below.
now your ready to add Text or another graphic in the photo. I personally add scripture but for this tutorial Im going to add another graphic to the photo. like my doll and wh tiger sig. Then add my name to the graphic and save it.
now first you need to open up a new work space, using this tool
because your going to need three frames equal to the ripple photo. Now go to this tool
and find a doll or sig you like. Bring it up and drag it to New frame. now Right click and Duplicate to get an equal three frames. Go to edit and select all. Now from first Frame to First frame of the ripple you will drag the doll into place. All other frames will follow if you have them all selected. You should have it looking something like below.
lol that doll needs a new head but thats ok. its just to show you. ok now we are going to add the siggy. im going to just put the one from the simple siggy tutorial. Then im going to crop the entire photo animation eliminating excess graphics.
this is how you add ripple to water. Now you can add other things like I did and frame your work Your choice.
