| Using the Run Command To use the Run command first click Start, then Run  You will now get a box where you can type in the name of the program or folder you want to open.  For example if you type in My Documents then click OK, it will open the My Documents folder on your PC, typing in MSCONFIG will open the System Configuration Utility, CLPBRD will open the Clipboard Viewer and REGEDIT will open the Registry Editor (*Use at your own risk*). Filenames are not case sensitive, so it doesn't matter if you use upper or lower case characters.
