PSP7  Simple Siggy   PSP7 Simple siggy is a little differant than animation shop but not hard. First open your Paint Shop Pro 7 next You want to open a new workspace or canvas  400 by 400 Go to file then New   Set  the settings for your new work space or canvas as shown below.   Now click ok. Now you want to  click on your Text tool. Then on your canvas workspace left click with mouse anywhere on canvas. Your Text Window will come up as shown below   Make sure floating and Anlialiasis checked.  now you want for siggy's just the styles you don't need texture. You could if you want but . I'm going to work with just styles as shown on left above diagram. you can choose these options   Solid color / Granite / Pattren or close option all together . your choice on what you want to use. Now Type in your siggy chose your font and size . Then click ok. Drag your siggy in place on your work space. Now you will see some marching ants. surround your siggy.   you can leave your siggy like this or  you can do other things like putting a drop shadow or  inner bevel. I chose to put an inner bevel using the bevel tool. and this below is my setting for this one siggy but you can play with them to get the effects you want. You don't always have to use same settings.   Now click ok. And this is what you end up with left   Now again you want to crop and save your work To crop in Psp 7 click on your crop tool Then crop your siggy as close to the edges of your siggy as possible then click crop on your tool option window  like below now save as. a Jpg. Note Jpg's are the smallest files for uploading use the Jpeg tool.  A window like this should come up.    Click ok once you have it set like above now you have it saved as a jpeg . so you can close and you don't have to save it again.  Then below when you upload to your photo albums and use you will see your work online like this.   Your finished product.
