WinZip Tutorial

WinZip is an easy program to use but for those who have dificulity this tutorial may be helpful.

First you need to save the ZIP file to your hard drive, I prefer to use my Desktop for this so that the file is easy to find.
It should look something like this:

Next click on the file and WinZip will open:

This is what you see when using the Wizard.
Now click Next:

This is where you select the folder that you wish to unzip to, I usually use the default and move it later if I need to.

Then click Unzip Now and your file will be unzipped.

When done click Finish:

You can also use the Classic interface to extract one file from a zip archive:

Just select the file you wish to extract, then click Extract and browse for the folder that you wish to extract it to.

To create a zip file with WinZip you just right click the file or folder that you want to zip up, then move your pointer down to WinZip.
Then click Add to filename.zip.
