What is copyrighted material?

Any artwork or poems or writings that belong to someone other than yourself, and has a copyright on them is copyrighted material. Most are protected by Law, and need permission for use. If it gives no permission for use and distribution, then it is infringement on copyright laws. Plain and Simple without a lot of mumbo jumbo.

Here is another example of copyright infringement. A lot of psp users take graphics and alter the work of the graphic and then call it their own work such as Ruth Moreheads Angels. This is illegal and not doing your own work at all and is copyright infringement.

Bandwidth Theft What is it?

Bandwidth theft is when you link to an object such as a picture on another site for display on your own site, instead of uploading the object to your own server. Therefore, when your page is accessed, the object is actually downloading from someone else's website. These sites, are paid for domains. When you link to an object on them, you are using up the bandwidth allowed for their domain, that they pay for. This is illegal and you can be charged. Its just like stealing cable TV Being hooked up to it and someone else is paying for it. That is bandwidth theft plain and simple.
