Creating an animated glitter signature

First you will need to download the glitter you want to use from this album.
When you have done that open PSP and Animation Shop.
Open the glitter in Animation Shop, then copy and paste each of the three frames to PSP, paste each one as a new image.

Alternatively:

Now create a new image in PSP, set width to 500pixels, height to 150 and background to transparent.

Now click the text tool 'A', Select your font style and size. It doesn't matter what the stroke and fill are set as.
Type in your text and insert it.

Now copy and paste the image twice.

For each image click Selections, then click select all.
Now click the magic wand tool, click anywhere in one of the images and the text will be selected.
Now click the flood fill tool, click styles on the right to select one of the images you pasted earlier from Animation Shop.
Then use the paint can to add the style to your text.

Repeat this for each of the three images, using a different style each time you flood fill.
Then copy each of the images to Animation Shop.
