List of NO NO's
The names of artist and companies below do not allow for you to use their graphics. Taking a graphic and altering it and calling it your own work is still stealing. I have seen much of this across msn groups. They take these graphics, alter them put names or tags on them and offer them up for snags.
These should be your rules when grabbing a snag.
1/ When in doubt do not snag. Even if they say it's thier's.
2/ Anything you see on tv whether commercial or otherwise is copyrighted; so do not use.
3/ When a artist offers a graphic up for a snag, ask them where they got it, or whether they created it themselves.
4/ Remember many www sites that offer these free graphics might be infringing on copyright. They will eventually get caught and the sites will be disabled. You will know them by what they offer. Just because they offer disney graphics dosn't mean they are safe to use . They are infringing upon Disney copyright.

Additionally, Many graphic CD's are now including clauses in their terms about sharing graphics.Some as strict as do NOT do this at all, violation = prosecution. To others saying that if a graphic is displayed, there must be a
disclaimer included that the graphic is for preview/sample/viewing purposes only and may not be used otherwise.
Take note of these . If you're the manager of a group I would suggest you go through each name and glance at their art work so you would recognise it. when it's posted or comes across your path.
