| Using My Network Places on your MSN Group You can use Network places (Windows XP) or Webfolders to work in the Documents or Pictures area of your Group. First open My Netwok Places using the icon on your desktop or from the start menu. Then click Add a network place. The Add Network Place Wizard will start, click Next. Then click Next on the next screen. Put in the URL of your Group, as I have done below, then click Next. You will now need to sign into your passport if prompted to do so. When you have signed in type in a name for the shortcut to your group that you are creating. Then click Next. Then click Finish on the next screen. You can now start to work with the folders in your Group. To begin open the Documents folder, everything is inside that. You will see any files and folders in the Documents area of your Group, plus a folder called Pictures, which you can use to access the Photo Albums. You can copy files or folders to your computer or to other groups that you have added to My Network Places, you can rename files or folders or upload new ones, you can even delete files and folders (so be careful).
