Safe Mode

To use Safe Mode when problems arise.

Shut down your computer safely.

Then reboot and while it's rebooting keep tapping F8 on your keyboard until you come to the screen below.

Select Safe mode and press enter.

If you have more than one user as in Windows xp, the users that are administrators will come up. Click on yours .

You will then be in safe mode to correct the problem that is occuring.
