Message Tracking
Typically, when we join a large group, we disable viewing messages via e-mail and chose to read them on the web. This would certainly cause problems for us on a personal level with overflowing boxes, and possibly leave us with terminated accounts if we exceed our limits.
However, there is a specific thread of discussions in which you want to keep better track of and wish you could find out when replies occurred and read them quickly?
Try e-mail delivery for just those specific threads of discussions:
1. Go to the message thread.
2. Above the original discussion (first message that prompted the New Discussion), you will view the option Send Replies to My Inbox. By clicking this link, you will begin to receive the message replies to your e-mail for that particular passport.
3. As you may lose interest, or the thread topic is at an end, click the option Stop Sending Replies to My Inbox.
NOTE: Do not reply to the message threads or post to groups via e-mail. This is dangerous. Your e-mail and information will be transmitted along with your comments. Go directly to the groups and their message boards to reply.
This reminds me, do you hide your e-mail? You should hide your e-mail for each group you join or currently are joined too. Visit the Your Groups front page for basic instructions concerning hiding e-mail and other great facts to know.
